Changes to our lunch and dinner menu  
We have added two new dishes to our menu to compliment the hot summer days (if and when they do come).

Morecambe Bay potted shrimps

Small brown shrimps mixed with clarified butter, shallots, cayenne pepper, mace, lemon juice, chives and chopped parsley. Served with pickled cucumber and mixed cress salad

Cold poached salmon with samphire and tomato-basil mayonnaise
Fillet of Scottish salmon rolled in chopped fresh herbs, gently poached and left to cool. Served with Norfolk marsh samphire, fresh herbs and tomato-basil mayonnaise.
