Château Pichon-Longueville Baron

We will introduce you to the fine wines from Bordeaux’s most illustrious Pauillac 2éme Cru Classé estate. The wines will be presented by Edouard Andre from the estate and matched with a five course meal from head chef Warren Lee.

Pichon-Longueville-Baron's 50-hectare vineyard runs adjacent to that of Château Latour and lies on deep gravel beds. Recently winemaker Jean-Réné Matignon has astonished even Pichon's most enthusiastic fans with the quality of his wine. The best examples of Pichon-Longueville Baron have layer upon layer of unctuous, vanilla-scented, blackcurrant and cassis fruit, intermingled with cigar box and lead pencil shavings aromas.
